David Sambrooks
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sambrooks has extensive experience in executive management, engineering and business development. Prior to joining the company in early 2007, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Devon Energy Corporation's Southern Division, and prior to that their International Division. Mr. Sambrooks also held other senior positions with Santa Fe Energy Corporation. Mr. Sambrooks received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Executive Program at the University of Houston. Mr. Sambrooks is on the board and executive committee of Communities in Schools.

Shane Bayless
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining NFR Energy LLC in 2007, Mr. Bayless held the position of Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer with Petrohawk Energy Corporation. He also held executive and senior level positions with 3TEC Energy, Encore Acquisition Company, Hugoton Energy Corporation and Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Bayless currently serves on the board of directors for CASA of Montgomery County. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wichita State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Cheryl Levesque
Senior Vice President, Production and Operations

Ms. Levesque joined NFR Energy LLC in 2008. Prior to her post at NFR, Ms. Levesque held the position of Exploitation Supervisor with Devon Energy Corporation. She held senior technical positions with Ocean Energy and Burlington Resources prior to joining Devon. Ms. Levesque obtained her Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Doug Genrich
Senior Vice President, Drilling and Completions

Mr. Genrich joined NFR Energy LLC in 2009. Doug brings over twenty years of domestic/international drilling, completions and production experience. He has held senior technical and management positions with Union Pacific Resources and Anadarko. Most recently, Doug held the position of Drilling and Completions Manager-Texas Gulf Coast, for El Paso Energy. Mr. Genrich graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Mike Hinze
Senior Vice President, Land

Mr. Hinze joined the executive management team of NFR Energy LLC in 2007. Mr. Hinze was the Vice President of Land for Yuma Exploration and Production prior to joining NFR. He held other executive and senior level positions with Hi-Tech Energy Group, Jordan Oil & Gas, Jaguar Oil & Gas and Tenneco Oil Company. Mr. Hinze obtained his Bachelor degree in Geology and Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas. He is also a Certified Petroleum Landman.

Paul Babcock
Senior Vice President, Geology and Geophysics

Mr. Babcock joined NFR Energy LLC in 2008. Prior his post with NFR, Mr. Babcock held the position of Vice President of Exploration with Peoples Energy Production, LLC. He has held other executive and senior technical positions with Burlington Resources/Meridian Oil and Mobil/Superior Oil. Mr. Babcock received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from State University of New York and completed graduate Geoscience and Engineering courses from the University of Houston. He is a Texas Licensed Professional Geoscientist.

Timothy Yang
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Yang joined the executive management team of NFR Energy LLC in 2011. Mr. Yang was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Eagle Rock Energy prior to joining NFR. His legal experience covers both public and private companies within the energy and investment industries including Invesco/AIM Investments, Pogo Producing Company and AEI Energy. Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Trinity University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.

Todd Levesque
Senior Vice President, Engineering and Development

Mr. Levesque joined NFR Energy LLC in 2007. Mr. Levesque held the position of Supervisor, Deepwater Producing Assets with Devon Energy Corporation. He held other senior level management positions with Devon/Ocean Energy, Burlington Resources and Amerada Hess. Mr. Levesque earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Yamoria Miller
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Miller joined the executive management team of Sabine Oil & Gas LLC in 2013. Ms. Miller was Senior Human Resources Operations Manager for Devon Energy Corporation prior to joining Sabine. Her human resources experience also includes roles within the law firm of Vinson & Elkins. Ms. Miller graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management.
